Life of a Campus Pastor

Hey there! I’m so glad that you’re here! God is doing big things in Denton and you get to be a part of that. Please be in prayer for me and my students this year, and see my monthly updates below for specific things to be praying for! <3

I am a full time campus missionary with the Fellowship of Christian University Students in Denton, Texas. I found FOCUS during my time at UT Dallas (go comets!) where I recently graduated with a psychology degree, a love for ballet, and a passion for campus ministry.

I grew up in the small country town of Bandera, but have recently turned city girl in large part due to my experience as a student leader in UTD FOCUS, but also thanks to the 7 minute drive to trader joes. In college I learned about spiritual friendship, sabbath rest, and openness in community. These things were so transformational that I thought every college student should have the opportunity to experience them, and I felt God calling me to UNT to pursue this!

I love to connect with students over a shared love for sports, Taylor Swift, Thai food, and just living life with them! I am so excited to see what God has in store for me and the UNT students, but I wouldn’t be here without you! So thank you!
